Carlsmith Ball Hires Tammy Kimata in Honolulu Office
Carlsmith Ball LLP is pleased to announce that Tammy Kimata is now Of Counsel in the Tax & Estate Planning practice group of the firm’s Honolulu office. Kimata brings more than 17 years of experience in the areas of trust administration, probate, real estate transactions, and business and tax planning.
During her most recent role as an attorney at Con P. Lynch, Attorneys at Law, PC in Oregon, Kimata advised a wide range of clientele. Her role ranged from estate planning, where she designed and implemented estate plans for individuals and couples, to trust administrations and probates that included assisting fiduciaries with administering estates.
Prior to that, Kimata held positions at Wells Fargo Bank in Oregon, initially as a Collector, then progressing to Probate Collections. Initiating probate searches and working with executors, attorneys and personal representatives to resolve outstanding balances are some ways Kimata managed to boost her portfolio of services.

Kimata received her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and her Juris Doctor from University of Oregon School of Law. She currently holds a membership in Willamette Valley Estate Planning Counsel.
