Kai Wang Talks Overseas Investments at The Legal 500 Shanghai Summit

Partner Kai Wang was a panelist at The Legal 500 Shanghai Summit where she spoke about the role of legal counsel in overseas investments. She also provided closing remarks at the end of the event. 

Kai’s panel focused on the new guidelines introduced by the State Council of China on overseas investment, examining issues and new opportunities, and how legal advisers are responding to them. 

The Shanghai Summit brought business leaders, investors, policymakers and legal experts together to answer what China’s One Belt, One Road initiative means for a range of institutions.
