Mark K. Murakami appointed to Oahu Real Property Tax Advisory Commission

Carlsmith Ball Honolulu partner Mark K. Murakami was appointed to the 2017 Oahu Real Property Tax Advisory Commission.

The commission is tasked with reviewing Oahu’s property tax classifications, exemptions, credits and minimum property tax rates. Upon completion of the review, the commission will then develop recommendations to the City Council, which will be reviewed prior to the start of the next fiscal year.

Mark is a member of the Transactional practice group. He concentrates his practice on complex real estate transactions, commercial real estate development and operations.
