Chloe Fasi

Chloe Fasi serves as the firm's Risk and Loss Prevention Counsel. She advises the firm and its attorneys regarding various professional responsibility considerations. Prior to joining Carlsmith Ball, Ms. Fasi served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawai`i, where she represented the Department of Human Services and its divisions, boards and commissions in various litigation and administrative proceedings, and advised on state law and policy matters. Previously, Ms. Fasi served as the Deputy Chief Disciplinary Counsel, and Acting Chief Disciplinary Counsel for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, where she advised members of the bar on various legal ethics issues, provided continuing legal education to the bar, and prosecuted attorney misconduct cases.
