Matthew Shimabukuro is an Associate in the firm's Honolulu office, and a member of its Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group. Matthew received his J.D. from the University of Hawaiʻi, William S. Richardson School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, cum laude, from Pacific University in Oregon.
While attending Richardson, Matthew was an Executive Publication Editor for the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Catherine H. Remigio at the Circuit Court of the First Circuit.
At Richardson, Matthew received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Procedure I.
